1. QR Generator Service

QRGen provides a free browser-based QR code generator and scanner for personal and business use. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing every QR code before printing or sharing it. Test-scan each code with your phone. Because QRGen does not store your codes, we cannot recover a code that was not downloaded. Do not encode unlawful, deceptive, or malicious content (such as phishing links) in QR codes.

3. No Scanning Guarantee

Scannability depends on print size, contrast, lighting, camera quality, and damage. Use high contrast, sufficient quiet-zone margin, and error correction Q or H for logos and outdoor prints, and always verify with a real phone before mass printing.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s design, graphics, code, and written content are owned by or licensed to QRGen. QR codes you create belong to you. Use them freely for personal or commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QRGen and its suppliers are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including misprinted codes, unscannable codes, or loss of data.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the service evolves. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
